Total Car Check has launched a free new service that helps buyers find their next perfect car that won’t be available anywhere else.
Instant Match (IM) is a new in-report service exclusive to the Total Car Check website and app, powered by Motorway. 5,000+ dealers that purchase their stock using Motorway’s marketplace can now sell cars before they’ve hit their forecourts, making it a must use way of buying your next vehicle. So here’s how it works:
1. Run a free initial Total Car Check
On the Total Car Check website or app (available from the app stores) enter the registration of any UK registered car to generate a free initial report.
2. Scroll down to the ‘find your perfect car’ widget
Once you’ve generated a report, scroll down to the widget like the one below. Then enter your email address and click the ‘Get exclusive deals’ button. If there are already cars similar to the one you’ve checked there may be adverts (like the example below) you can view by clicking on the image.
3. Create email alert
Tell Motorway which cars you are interested in buying by entering your criteria and setting up an email alert. Simply choose the make and model, transmission, minimum year, maximum mileage and maximum price you’re looking for then click ‘create an alert’. You can create a number of alerts if you have more than one type of car in mind.
4. Confirm your Motorway account
Once an alert has been created you will be directed to open your email account. A Motorway email will be in your inbox. Click on the ‘Sign in to Motorway’ button in the email. Then you will receive confirmation that your alert has been set up.
5. Receive matches to your inbox
Once dealers list cars matching your criteria you will start receiving exclusive deals through to your inbox. If a car takes your fancy you can then contact Motorway who will support you through the buying process.
